Personalized Artwork Satisfaction:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the final product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your portrait. We will work with you to make necessary revisions, ensuring you are delighted with your custom artwork.

Artwork Revisions:

We offer unlimited complimentary revisions on the artwork you originally ordered. Our aim is to provide a portrait that meets your expectations, and we will collaborate with you until you are satisfied with the final design.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement without any charges. After this period, cancellations are subject to our discretion. If our artists have already started working on your portrait, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Once your order has been sent to print, we cannot accept any cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your portrait arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the affected product free of charge.

Photo Quality Responsibility:

We rely on the quality of the photo you provide to create your custom portrait. Please follow our Photo Guidelines to ensure the best possible result. Low-quality photos may result in a less-than-ideal final product, for which we cannot offer refunds or returns.

Gift Cards and Sale Items:

Gift cards are non-returnable, and sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be considered for refunds, if applicable.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
