Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping with complete tracking within the USA for all products. International shipping and handling costs vary based on the item and destination and will be displayed during checkout on step #2.

As our products are personalized and made-to-order, our artists require 1-2 business days to craft the perfect portrait. Following your approval of the digital proof, the delivery times, inclusive of production, are as follows:

USA: 5-12 business days

Canada: 7-14 business days

Europe: 10-24 business days

Rest of World: 14-28 business days

Digital Download orders are processed within 24 hours.

Upon shipment of your portrait, we will provide you with an email containing the tracking number.

Notes:
- Approval is mandatory in order to print the final product.
- Revisions generally take 24 hours. This may increase depending on your response time. 
- If your order necessitates a new photograph, the production time will understandably be extended.
- We provide a window of up to 3 days (72 hours) for customers to approve their artwork. If we do not receive a response within this 72-hour timeframe, we will automatically approve and proceed with printing your order.
